  You are absolutely correct about concessions and agent commissions. &nbsp;I was in a bind with two 80% type agents and buyer and seller lost in the deal and everyone had bruised egos.

  Deducting real estate interest paid on tax returns: as far as I know you have to do the itemized deductions form instead of taking the standard deduction.

  A topic perhaps for a future show…truth, authenticity and misinformation in MLS and Zillow,etc. listings. What happens if several major items listed don’t in actuality fully exist or are in disrepair &amp; seller’s agent keeps the misleading listing even after knowing of deficiencies.

  Thank you for your videos- they are informative and have helped me in my home selling and buying plans. I&apos;m 80 y.o and in a lovely brick home built in 2012. I bought it new and have loved living in it but it is way more than I need now and decided to put it on the market when I found another new home (to be built) which would allow me to pull a good amount of equity out of my current home and in addition, put me into a home which will be energy efficient and much easier to manage. So I&apos;m now waiting to find a buyer for my current home. The web presentation is honest and good, home is in a very desirable area for commuting to Raleigh, but have had only 2 views in the first 18 days. Any suggestions for increasing the flow of traffic through the home? Is it time to lower the price or offer a buyer&apos;s concession and how much to lower? Current asking price is $439,990 which seems to be supported by comps in the area per my own and my agent&apos;s research on the web. Thanks in advance for any advice!

  I’m not feeling positive on market improving next 2 yrs as a seller. &nbsp;I want to sell so I can move 8 hr north to be near my son. &nbsp;Homes near him average $175k more than what my possible sale here is. I’m 74 and don’t think I would recoup plus more property taxes &amp; new mortgage in this economy.

  QQQ ~ Are you seeing any &nbsp;connection with concessions &nbsp;being more prevalent &nbsp;in areas with data centers near / close by or in the starting phase &nbsp;? <br><br>I so badly wanted to hand you a cherry halls .. hate it when that frog plays havoc
