  I watch every week after livestream and can’t tell you how much I appreciate your wisdom about how to be a great realtor. I hope to be in this world when I retire as a teacher. Your knowledge is invaluable. Being in Canada might change regulations but not the conceptual understanding of what info and support helps the buyer and sellers during a very emotional but also financially crucial period of time in their life. I set my realtor exam for early September.

  There was a neighbor who tried to sell her house for 500,000 more than what it was worth, twice …. it didn’t sell.  It did drive up to Zillow estimate on my house it could sell for.

  Hi Jen. We are retiring & wish to move closer to our children & grandchildren, but not finding anything we like.  What are your thoughts on modular homes?  Or are we better to keep looking for an existing home?

  My next door neighbor's very unique 142 acre farm listed at $4.2mln went pending in only 28 days!  Perfect mix of privacy and convenience to city amenities. I was about to list mine so this is great timing. Sorrento Florida.

  QQQ- we are looking for a home in Michigan and 1 to 5 acres that will allow us to install a fence on part of the property. We need a physical fence, not an electronic fence. Nearly every home we are interested in has an HOA. A home has come on the market that meets our criteria. Our agent inquired and found the HOA allows a fence with approval from the board. It seems risky to move forward with an offer if we don’t know with certainty, the board would approve a fence on part of the property. We plan to install a high-quality, aesthetically pleasing fence. How do we get over this hurdle of not knowing the HOA will definitely approve a fence? Or do we just have to wait for the needle in a haystack home that is not in the HOA?
