  All of this is why, when sold may last condo: I moved all of my stuff out, had the place professionally cleaned and repainted; and then I had it professionally staged.<br>I don’t want potential buyers to see how I actually live!

  I’m proud of you for being vulnerable! It’s so hard. I feel bad for all of the heartaches you are going through with your living situation. I just love your videos. You are not low class at all, in many ways, you are high class. You should do more videos on topics like:<br>- Accompanied showings<br>- How agents should host open houses, like yourself<br>- packing tips for packing your house<br>- How to prep your house for move in day<br>- how to organize your moving day <br>- what to do after closing escrow before moving in to your house<br>- home security tips<br>- how to buy a home while trying to sell your current house<br>- things to know about in ground pools and hot tubs and what to look for or even above ground pools<br>- how to move with pets and kids<br>- furniture design ideas<br>- all about condos and HOAs and the bull crap that comes with dealing with condos<br>- things to do before every showing<br>- top 10 buyer horror stories<br>- top 10 seller horror stories

  I&apos;ve been following you for about 2 years, Audra! I love your energy and personality- your tips are beyond helpful! We have had our house on the market (very nice- 3 bed, 2 bath, on 40 acres, in a very rural area) and we&apos;ve been on the market for almost 2 years, now. I have learned SO much from you! I&apos;m retired Army, so I never had any sense of &quot;decor&quot; or how anything should look in a home- just in a barracks- and I know that is NOT what people want to buy.🤣 Praying we have a showing soon (it&apos;s been months, even though we relisted it recently)! I&apos;d send you the link for my home and ask for your input on how to stage it for showings, but I don&apos;t want the whole internet to know where I live. 😅 Don&apos;t get me wrong- our agent is the best in the southern part of our state, but he doesn&apos;t give any input on how we could stage it better. Maybe it already looks good, but we just haven&apos;t had the right buyer come by for our niche-y property. I&apos;m just trying not to get discouraged with how long we&apos;ve been on the market, $100k less than what our home appraised for. 😪 Thank you for all you do, Audra! Please keep sharing, please keep going! I can&apos;t wait to see your 150k sub celebration! ❤<br><br>EDITED TO ADD: In the dozen or so showings we have had in the past almost 2 years, we have always gotten great feedback. The buyers &quot;love the home&quot;, &quot;beautiful woodwork&quot;, &quot;beautiful layout&quot;, etc...but we then never hear back, or when we do hear back from the buying agent, it&apos;s typically that the buyer found a home closer to town, or in a more rural area (we are already pretty rural, but not so rural it&apos;s on a dirt road), are shopping around for a lender, can&apos;t get approved, or something to that effect. Hence, why I say I feel like our property is just more of a &quot;niche&quot; market. It is just disheartening to hear that the seller loves the home, but then we don&apos;t get any offer that follows.

  Audra, I will volunteer to take any fragrances you don&apos;t want. &nbsp;LOL! &nbsp;I am a handmade soap maker and have lots of fragrances for soaps and I do make body sprays, but I can&apos;t afford nice perfumes for myself because I spend all my money on soap making supplies. &nbsp;Or yarn. &nbsp;Or on music and strings for my harp. &nbsp;Or on my fur babies. &nbsp;My house does smell like my soaps. &nbsp;When we go to sell our cottage next spring, I guess I will have to remove them all from the house and just put out some fragrance free soaps. &nbsp; My daughters used to complain because I had a soap shop for a few years and their friends used to tell them they smelled like my soap shop! &nbsp;We did homeschool in the back room of the shop, so they were there a lot. &nbsp;LOL!! &nbsp; Personally, I like people that are direct. I hate it when people talk in circles or use word salad. &nbsp;I too protect my sleep. &nbsp;I have fibromyalgia and I need good sleep or I cannot function. &nbsp; I am in bed by 7 or 8 every night and I get up at 5 every morning. &nbsp;I feed the chickens then take the dog on a mile walk. &nbsp; I too will sometimes take a 20 minute nap if I didn&apos;t sleep well the night before. Routine is key for me. On a side note, &nbsp;my daughter loves horses too and works not too far from you as a trainer and gives riding lessons.

  Love the mouse face!<br>It&apos;s always good to have a picky, very honest friend look at your house. &nbsp;Ask them to point out the dirt and things that aren&apos;t right you don&apos;t see because you live there and go blind to it. &nbsp;They will be happy to help. &nbsp;You will be embarrassed, but they will probably think it&apos;s fun LOL! &nbsp;BTW-You can&apos;t go wrong with classical piano. &nbsp;I love that you don&apos;t use music in your videos. &nbsp;I hate that...especially if the music has vocals.
