missed the live stream. We put our house on the market in central FL on 5/15. Private showings through the 19th with back to back open houses on Sat & Sun. We had 50 groups go through over 4 days. 6 offers with a small price war with 3 of the offers. We received 15k over asking. We were not asked to pay closing costs. I was concerned about the inspection. You never know. It went well with only an AMP issue. We split the cost of the $2800 repair. All in all very grateful. We close on 5/19. My realtor stated my house is unique in a good way ( several thoughtful updates including French doors, kitchen, primary bath) and people were interested. We listed for higher than local comps. Some realtors said we wouldn’t get that much. The realtor we went with was excited and said “this house will draw attention”. He said that he hasn’t seen that kind of activity since the pandemic. I’m just glad things are moving along. Selling is stressful. For the past 8 months I listened to your channel and learned a lot. Thank you.

Can you please give us a list of issues that are reasonable for the seller to be responsible for and a list of common issues that the seller should not be reasonably expected to take responsibility for?Thanks so much!!
