OMG..... brilliant. Yes I have. I never worded it like that..... but I think it's good. I always described it as my central nervous system catching up with what my emotions and intellect had already handled. I guess it's a bit the same thing.<br><br>My coping mechanism which worked super well.... I would walk down to the beach and give myself a good cry. My god..... it felt so good. I was not afraid.....and it gave me the release I needed. It would carry me through.<br><br>Primal panic IS NOT jealousy. It's the central nervous system catching up with what you have managed to intellectualize and handle emotionally. It's the physical body that just needs a little more time to learn what we see as being obvious..... (grounded in the love of the other).

Hi! I have experienced the fawning side of this as well. Take all of that emotion and stuff it into you face to face with an actual t-Rex. You move you lose everything you love forever. Thankfully it is a process and we moved through it.

These feelings are important, and very important to work through. Oddly enough it was my first extramarital girlfriend that was the hardest. I always felt on uncertain ground. It was so much easier when my wife started dating. I think the two most important skills I improved were patience and trust.
