I lost my brother in 2019, he was 33. I miss him, he was wonderful but i understand why he left. It runs in our family. I've made it to 56 but life is one day at a time. Sending love to all who struggle to stay ❤

Really makes no sense that adults have no right to end their lives. The idea that we are caged in a life we do not want but have to stay as long as possible to pay taxes and pull our weight is pure workhouse world.

The most painful sentence: “could I have helped him with what I know now, probably not!” This is where I am at. I don’t want to call 988, I want my loneliness, sadness and hopelessness to end. And 988 won’t solve any of it.
