that lot buy had great vision! I had a similar land deal, bought my hilltop lot for $36k, when it wasn't certain if it was buildable with permits. now my $1.4M log lodge sits on it. Only regret is I didn't buy the neighboring lot too which was selling for $55k at the time in 2016, then ultimately sold for $200k, and now a house being built next door. It's going to be a noisy 2027 for my rental guests at River Road Loj.

Great video man! I love your storytelling and how you walk us through your journey. <br><br>I’d kill to do something like this. Such a dope concept to be able to build something that creatively and profit so much off it. <br><br>I eventually want to do something like this. I think Im a few years away because I’ve just started investing in RE in 2024. <br><br>Do you think this is time sensitive opportunity like buying businesses from baby boomers or is this something that will be able to be done for sometime as long as you pick the right land, right market and right structure?
