  Great video! I&apos;m with everyone else thinking that extensive editing isn&apos;t needed for youtube videos anymore. Also, the reason why no other hotels have gotten so many reviews like her is that offering a gift, or anything, to leave a review is strictly against Google policy. That &quot;good SEO asset&quot; aspect of things will disappear one day when Google catches this. What would be an interesting thing to notice is whether it&apos;s still a net positive to blatantly disregard Google ToS since she&apos;ll have so much initial traction it won&apos;t matter when she gets delisted. Like robbing a bank, grabbing $100k but only having to pay a $50k fine when you&apos;re caught. Net positive!? :)

  Great video. Congrats to Lindsey and partners. Very smart investment. But Kai, way to many graphics and video editing retention tactics. Its not needed, the story is the retention.

  Great video, very interesting case study! I would eliminate the stock photos/videos though. I feel like they detract more than they add. I&apos;d rather see the actual property. &nbsp;The AI graphics are tolerable.

  Sweetheart deal, yes. How they turned around a failing motel in an undesirable area...crickets! $0 ad budget but 90 reviews. Where did all these lodgers come from? How did they advertise? Crickets. Focus on the big numbers and clickbait cuz thats what Youtube loves.
