Links have been updated and now in the description. These are the same ones I purchased and have been using for years. Let me know if you know of a better model or product!

I don't have a rental, but I'll certainly add some of these items into my home cleaning routine. Thank you!

Be really careful with the ozone machine. Not only do you not want to breathe it but it also breaks down plastics, rubber, and adhesives. No big deal if you're using it infrequently but if you're using it for more than an hour regularly, you're going to have problems.

Great list! We too have a lot of furnished rentals. I’ll be picking up a few of these items like the carpet broom. One addition could be a cleaning cloth like an ENJO cloth that has more “mechanical” cleaning abilities. It can help for saving time on walls so you don’t need to use the magic eraser which will take off a layer of paint and leave marks on the wall. A can of oven cleaner is key, essential oils in a bottle if you just want to freshen up one area. If you want to get OCD you could buy a black light to see what you are really missing in a rental when cleaning!

Thank you for the tips! We use some of them but saw that reusable lint roller on a trade show and wondered if it worked. Ah the rainx we have a bunch for our car that we actually never used! We use a small vacuum dedicated for kitchen drawers for crumbs that somehow end up there.

Low energy floor cleaning with a Bissel steam cleaner. Also, I give all my tenants magic sponges to clean off scuffs and smudges from paint before they leave. (Instruct to rub lightly only)!
