I’m debating selling my LTR (unplanned rental from a primary purchase) due to some tenant challenges/peace of mind and using the profits to self-build a debt-free STR. Any input as I know a lot of investors recommend leveraging debt? I’m finding I’m not as comfortable with the break even margins/mortgage looming overhead 😅

Your information is still interesting and often helpful, but your partnership with that accountant is horrible. Much harm was done to my son’s company before he extracted himself and moved on.
