got the know how and the drive, but its the finance part and finding good land that kills me by good land i mean not to far out into the sticks (granted if money wasn't a thing to worry about that would not be an issue for me) no HOAS/municipality zoning crap and not sure what word would describe this so using an example lets say you find 20acres for a good price and ticks all the boxes of what you want, but 18 of those acres the soil is to acidic or basically a flood zone type issue and one preferably w/o any easements so its less time being wasted on bureaucratic crap
