  I watched this yesterday, and I lost it the moment the chase scene happened. I was physically annoyed from these until the end of the movie. This was straight garbage. I was also pissed that I watched this, and paid money to see it.

  %110 never going to beat the allegations of being a totally different film that was retroactively slapped with the RE brand to attract the pre-established fan base of an already pre-established IP.

  The ending was the most goofy thing I’ve ever seen. All the scientists in that room look like people pretending to be scientist. Lastly, the ending was so abrupt and left me in a state of no release. You can tell they tried to keep some elements of the movie but the supporting characters were awful. The cop at the beginning just dies. They don’t show a true struggle or any apparent wounds that would show the cause of his death. I spent more time laughing. It really wasn’t that’s scary at all. It was fun but they really dropped the ball at the end.

  Finally a True and Honest Review!<br><br>80% of the MC’s dialogue is just swearing which does get really jarring for the 100th time. Like yeah, I know this is all new and horrifying, what about you shut the hell up and try to SURVIVE!<br><br>The Main Character’s excuse of being a “Gamer” and only used guns in Games. I get that, however, as a novice in First Person Shooter games. I nearly had an aneurysm EVERYTIME he fumbles Handling any Firearm.<br><br>I legit thought he’s gonna loot the security lady’s pistol, as it has a reflex sight. Which I assume will assist in his poor aiming skills. BUT HE DIDN’T!<br><br>Bruh I’ve never have this feeling of being SCAMMED since The Last Jedi and Wonder Woman 1984. I was so hyped that a Resident Evil a movie got announced in the summer, and I felt lied to by Rotten Tomatoes yet again.<br><br>The Level of INCOMPETENCE from all Characters is astounding, like the movie is actively Insulting your Intelligence.<br><br>Legit that was the worst $54 Dollars I’ve ever spent on. ($34 on tickets, the rest on a Gatorade, Troli Gummy Worms, and Watermelon Sour Patch Kids for a total of $20.34.)

  This Resident Evil felt more like an alien invasion than an infection spreading, may have been better if they leaned into that instead of making it a Resident Evil film.<br><br>The main character Bryan is a bumbling idiot who&apos;s uncoordinated and perpetually makes stupid decisions.<br>If you don&apos;t mind idiot characters that do idiot things then you might like it.<br><br>The movie monsters are a mix of The Thing combining people like the Zygote monster absorbing other organisms increasing its biomass like the Meat Flayer from Stranger Things meets the William Birkin&apos;s look with tentacles.

  I agree with all of this. Went into it open minded and optimistic based on the reviews. I was even fine with it straying from the games&apos; lore.<br>The movie is a fucking terrible, unfunny comedy. I&apos;ll never understand why people like this dump. Nothing in it mattered.
