The best cookery show in the world, from a chef who wants to teach, and not just show off. Amazing video again, with brilliant advice on pastry and brilliant advice on flavour, among many other great tips. Love it.

Dear Jean I have just retired and I have never been interested in cooking but now having the time to learn watching you teach I am enjoying every class. my wife cannot believe that I can cook so many great meals so i must thank you. I look forward to your YouTube classes then listen to my favourite music and cook really great food. thank you, Jean
