I delivered groceries as a kid in NYC in the 1970s and one restaurant would give me a stuffed zucchini or two as a tip, now I have to try this recipe! Thanks Chef!

OMG I laughed so hard when you said shoemaker. My dad was a master butcher from Europe. His favorite word for amateurs was SHOEMAKERS LOL
