I have a medial meniscus tear. I am in great shape. My legs are very strong and stable. I am still lifting weights but I have discontinued all high impact activities (sports, plyometrics, running, etc) as well as any lateral movement. How long should I wait before resuming those activities if I am symptom free?

mine has taken about 14 months to heal, i took collagen peptides and magnesium every night and got some sun exposing the knees also a hot bath contracting the knee to get blood flowing.

Great video but the timing might be a little bit off. From my personal experience I'll say stage one is 1-6 weeks, stage two is 7-12 weeks, stage three after 12 weeks and probably about a year to be back to normal. It really takes so long and every day feels the same

I'm having trouble squatting <br>And mine is like 2 months gone but the locking is reduced I just feel the pain so I'm afraid of full squatting with force so as to avoid blowing out my knee
