You’ve likely confirmed my suspicions about my knee. I did the third test, but didn’t completely sit on my foot. I stopped as soon as I felt some pain. I think it does point to a minisus tear. Thank you.

The third method really did it for me. I couldn't even put it under me all the way, the pain was there.

Test 1: no pain<br>Test 2: minimal tenderness on the back side of the knee<br>Test 3: bad pain on front outer side of the knee

I have watched three of your videos. They are very helpful. I've never had a knee problem. I walk down the steps of my camper and at the bottom, I usually twist off to the right. I started having sharp pains in my knee while camping all of a sudden<br> had no clue what I did, but have recently figured it out. Sometimes the pain is excruciating. I am going to be following your advice, some of which I had already been doing because of searching for relief. I am going to do the exercises you recommended, and pray for a quick healing. Thank you so much!!!!! Very helpful!!
