  Im so incredibly thankful for you and for doing these videos. I’ve been so scared since I’ve injured my knee and have a meniscus tear. Watching the videos you’ve made on this injury has helped ease my mind. I was literally praying God to guide me to wise ways to help my knee heal and recover.

  Thank you &nbsp;for taking the time to produce these videos. &nbsp;At 79 &nbsp;taking warfarin &nbsp;I was not looking forward to surgery. &nbsp;I’m 6 month out and doing good. &nbsp; One thing &nbsp;I don’t think is &nbsp;mention.. MAKE sure you are fitted for &nbsp;the right &nbsp;size shoe also the correct width. &nbsp;My shoes were to wide &nbsp;my leg &nbsp;twisted to the side and &nbsp;that is when I &nbsp;injured my meniscus. &nbsp;Find. A good shoe store &nbsp;that will take the time to fit &nbsp;you &nbsp;in the right size . &nbsp; You &nbsp;may have to pay &nbsp;to get a better shoe but it’s will be worth it, especially as you age. &nbsp;Thank you again

  Thank you so much for the video! I recently tore my meniscus and yes! I wear the brace mostly so that people in the busy Barcelona metro do not bump into me so much :D It really helps and it also gives some support, mostly mentally.

  Thank you for the videos ...<br>I brought a brace for my mom as she got lateral meniscus tear &nbsp;to help her to move with more confidence and as i understood that gentle movements can be helpful in these cases . <br>Thank you again

  Thank you so very much for making these videos. &nbsp;These are just the sort of doubts one has when suffering a meniscus tear. &nbsp;Your points on when to wear a brace:<br>- To give you confidence to move<br>- Signal to others that you’re injured<br>- Remind yourself that you’re injured<br>Are just so spot on!<br><br>I do have a question. &nbsp;How long should one continue to wear the brace. &nbsp;I’ve been told that the healing time for a meniscus tear is about 6 weeks. &nbsp;So should it be for the entire 6 weeks period? &nbsp;Thanks again! ❤

  Would you please also discuss Bone Marrow edema injury? I think the pain can be easily diagnosed as meniscus tears but surprisingly, it is different. Thank you in advance!😊
