  I went to a Jamie Oliver&apos;s Italian restaurant years ago—before it shut down. And the only thing I remember is that they only served craft beer and it was all incredibly strong—which is probably why I don&apos;t remember much else about it.

  Panda Express is the reason I go to a &quot;hole in the wall&quot; family owned Chinese spot. Proper fried rice, nothing overly sweet and one place in particular has some insanely good bourbon chicken, as well as the staple Chinese-American General Tso&apos;s chicken. It doesn&apos;t hurt that my kid loves their teriyaki chicken on a stick.

  To be fair, in that little bit where he&apos;s using a fork in the pan, you can see and hear that he&apos;s not actually touching the fork to the pan. That&apos;s fine. He&apos;s an expert and careful like that.

  I&apos;m a big lover of many foods and cuisines, and always eager to try more things whenever I get the chance. I enjoy your videos, and other cooking videos even if they aren&apos;t the most proper cause it gives me additional inspiration to cook better and actually cook instead of feeling too lazy to put in the effort. Always wanted more chances to learn from professionals, so this is the next best chance I can get.

  While not authentic, Chinese-American food is one of my favorite foods. I know it&apos;s seen these days as cheap food, but it&apos;s a food so steeped in history. A story of Chinese immigrants first coming to the US to build railroads and trying to adapt to their new country while retaining their culture. They had to make do with whatever ingredients they had and could afford with their meager pay. Out of it, they made the best affordable fusion of East and West that many Americans of all ethnic backgrounds enjoy coast-to-coast.

  As someone who loves to cook i always aspire to find the most authentic way of doing any cuisine. How we sometimes ….. something tasty to eat is all I need. And there is nothing wrong with that .

  The Jamie Oliver&apos;s restaurant at KLIA is a pizzeria. &nbsp;I like the Chilli Beef pizza, but it is so bloody expensive. &nbsp;A soda, non-refillable costs 18 ringgit, 3 British pounds. &nbsp;I can buy the same two doors away for 6 ringgit.

  After seeing Uncle Roger react to this, I actually recreated this dish, minus the noodles.. I made the egg pocket out of their mushroom chicken and honey walnut shrimp, and it turned out rather good! The only thing I added to it was a bit of sesame oil at the end of combining everything before placing it in the egg pocket for additional flavoring. I added this to my recipe book. I would rather make this with freshly made egg fried rice instead of getting it pre-made or heated from frozen, so that’s my next attempt! But Iron Chef Lee did a great job on this.. though I’m surprised that Uncle Roger didn’t give him the Uncle title!
