  Fried beef for Pho is a huge no no. Not to mention the fact that she claims all noodles taste the same too, which is absolutely ridiculous

  This isn&apos;t just an insult towards the Vietnamese, this is an insult to literally ALL cultures. <br>Any broth? Any noodle? Any herb?<br>Wow... How many soups have I eaten can be classified as pho?<br><br>(Oh yeah, and the all noodles take around the same time to cook comment is an insult to common sense. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiNU3UjaCaU&amp;t=972">16:12</a>)

  Vietnamese here<br>We actually have a version where the beef is seared before being added to the dish, called Phở bò tái lăn. This method makes the beef crispier and gives it a deeper flavor due to the marinade. However, instead of searing a large chunk of meat, we chop it into small pieces, marinate it, and then sear it in a wok with big fire to make the outside of the meat very crispy.

  Her name is Clodagh McKenna, and your &quot;Martha Stewart of Ireland&quot; is mostly accurate, except she has never been on Irish tv. She has no experience in running a restaurant. The Irish are very popular on British tv at the moment and This Morning has Dermot O&apos;Leary, Donal Skehan, Craig Doyle and Clodagh as regular presenters/contributors.

  The reason they dont show how to make broth is this is a generic store bought beef broth that they just poured in the pan
