Chef Jean Pierre is an institution. He ran a restaurant for more than 20 years, then a cooking school for another 20, then he retired and started teaching people to cook on youtube. I'm surprised you guys haven't reacted to him before. He's also half Italian, so sometimes he does Italian dishes as well.

Chef Jean-Pierre was a mainstay on PBS alongside Martin Yan and Justin Wilson when I was growing up. He's a legend and an institution! Frenchy not knowing about him is like Taylor Swift never knowing about Madonna.

In relation to the accent he's half French, half Italian so he has a bit of both. And he had a restaurant in Florida for many years so that combination has been americanized. I absolutely love JP and his videos. Been watching for years.
