15:30 - Thomas is right about this. Having multiple hobbies and experiences allows you to get new ideas in the things you care about much more efficiently. It let's you look at your work in fresh eyes a lot easier.

The last tip is really good. I wonder how and what kind of person I would want to help me with a game, and I see that it's best to find someone who can give me complete solutions to problems I already have. I'm an artist, and an assistant in that area would be good, but since I know I would spend a lot of time teaching and checking that someone else's style is consistent, it's better to look for someone who is better than me at something I already do and leave all that part to him.

If I'm honest, I value the Youtube channel more than the games. I find it great to see people in their twenties setting up a company especially in a creative sector and having ambition. I remember following Blender Guru (Andrew Price) back in the days when he was making a name for himself.

Good job guys, hoping to hear of some success from you soon with projects in the pipeline.

Good to hear you're still going hard! Good luck for 2026.
My biggest regret is not bringing in a game designer earlier. "I know what people want!", sudden realisation that I don't even know what I want, let alone other people.

3:52 The "Songs of Nevermade" joke caught me by surprise; i appreciate the humor. 😁 I feel like that game would be cool to revisit with another art pass; I always thought it had potential personally

The age of reason! I love it! Work as a real team, yes! and not as individual. And what you do: see what went wrong to build an efficient production pipeline is key! Bravo!
