Also if you have a covered kitchen you dont have to worry about smoke directly hitting the ceiling! (Reason 5)

Eight good reasons. The cleanliness of stainless steel stands out for me. Yeah, I got you figured out when it comes to top of line equipments. LOL A snippet of information, it seems like the founders of Pitts & Spitts were the first to build custom steel drum offset smokers back in the 1970s, but they opened their first retail store in 1983.

Once Mak Grills start making smokers again thats what I'm buying! This would be my 2nd choice!

So i too was thinking about getting a pitts and spitts or a yoder because i found my current pellet grill. The recteq db lacking smoke flavor this changed when i came across a killer accessory the Rollbox by smoke chasers check it out if you want to keep your current rig and upgrade smoke flavor drastically, and as always smoke on.

I think the grill is an extremely personal choice, not every grill is for everyone, for myself it is just me so a huge grill is overkill, I am dying to get my hands on a grilla chimp 2.0 it is perfect size for me, and with the double wall construction it will hold heat better in the cold winter months. but that is the grill that fits my needs, wants, and desires. 😀
