  Giving Alastor a radio head to foil Vox’s TV head is so good—you immediately understand their rivalry because it’s a part of their character designs.<br>Also you could have a young Sinner make a Radiohead joke and Alastor can get really offended, and that’s a nice bonus.

  Okay, the charlie bob is. Genuinely. Perfect. OH MY GOD. This shows her clean-cut, naive, nature, with the youthfulness of the bob, but also it makes her look so much more &apos;corporate&apos;, juxtaposing her with the lowlife, ragged, and alternative nature of the citizens of hell. she looks like an administrator, and that&apos;s absolutely perfect imo. 10/10 already

  The characters wearing period accurate clothing is necessary to tell the audience the period of their origins. People shouldn&apos;t have to go look for livestreams and posts on social media to know this, they should look at the character and get that they are from different eras.<br>I think the issue is that these characters were Vivzie&apos;s OCs before they were characters, so they don&apos;t fit animation or their own story. And because they were her OCs first, she is probably too attached to them to actually make big changes that would benefit the animators and the story.

  I think the subversion point is SO IMPORTANT!! I love when there’s a reason for subversion of expectations, like “oh this character is petite because they pretend to be non-threatening to lull people into a false sense of security but are actually really strong” is different from “this person actively shows their strength, trains everyday and is the protector for these people but are slim like everyone else” every design choice can have a reason that builds the character!

  I think orange could be a good colour for Vaggie - she’s hiding her heaven side (orange is opposite blue) and trying to blend into the hellish red but not quite succeeding/doesn’t want to actually be a part of the sinners either.<br><br>There’s a moth called the garden tiger moth which is mostly orange, black and white with bits of blue that I think could be cool to reference in her design.

  Just gotta say, I LOVE the idea of Vaggie’s X being hidden under her hair, and being revealed to be an eye patch. I think that would give Whatever It Takes an absolutely awesome scene if her hair got swept out of the way

  My collage art teacher said (actual) critique is a form of love, if you don’t care about something you won’t care enough to critique it, this is about actual helpful feedback not just saying ‘I didn’t like this’

  Honestly I appreciate your reflection on how most online haters are literal children. I feel like a lot of people, even big youtubers, get embittered toward their audience because they take the words of very vocal comments and assume that&apos;s what most people think. It&apos;s not true that most people are rude, it&apos;s just that most rude people are very loud about it, very often. And who is more rude than a child who hasn&apos;t learned that villains only exist in cartoons and real people are allowed to have different opinions without it being an attack on you personally. As a former child with unrestricted internet access, I appreciate that.

  My biggest critique of Hazbin Hotel always was that ladies in the show don&apos;t have as much variety and all can be identified as &quot;girl&quot;, &quot;cyclop girl&quot; and &quot;wolf girl&quot; at least in the main cast. Which sucks, because the male characters get to be ugly, animalistic or weird and fun shapes, while girls are distinctly humanoid. So your fully bug-ish Niffty redesign is my favorite so far.

  Husk&apos;s canonical design keeps catching me off guard because I somehow keep forgetting he&apos;s skinny. <br>Everything about the character is screaming for him to have a bit of weight! It just feels so much more natural.
