Years ago the company where I worked, had a plant tour for families of the employees. At the end of the tour the line to the buffet passed by the front offices. While standing in line a child of a maintenance mechanic asked him if this was where they didn't work? The embarrassed mechanic acted as if it was someone else's child.

Never interrupt your enemy when they are making mistakes. Let the managers self destruct the company they just inherited or were just handed to manage. Pushing the red button and the company comes to a grinding halt. The customers and clients start calling customer service and demand their contracts get fulfilled. Not gonna happen.
