My understanding is that Smokey understood frame flex sooner than others because he was working on planes where this is a crucial part of design which affects how plane behave in certain situations 🥸🤔🤞👍

this proves noting but the fact that smokey was not a cheat but thorough with his preparation of his car to the ultimate level and doing his job to make his car win races nothing more . I am almost eighty years old and have participated in motor racing thorough preparation is the key to winning not for the half hearten pretense of some garages pin pricking wins races and smokey was one of those so dont degrade his efforts admire his tenacity well done SMOKEY NOT A CHEAT

shows just how ignorant you and most people are, we have been using solid mounts for years, long before you could buy a solid aftermarket mount we just drilled holes through the mounts and put long bolts through making them solid. even if you didn't want to go to that much trouble others simply put a chain on the left front head going to the frame to keep it from lifting. bs like this doesn't help todays generation learn to real history of the genius of all of us in the past where we had to build something instead of running to the speed shop and buying it or ordering it from amazon.
