He turned the piston 180 degrees so the piston pin offset would use thrust angle to have less friction and accelerate the crankshaft faster.

Its like AI just discovered Smokey. For all his legendary (and I MEAN legendary as in its mostly legend) how many championships did he win? Wiki says 2 in the very early 50s. Flathead era.Where's his wins? Where's the results of all his innovations that "Shocked Nascar" and "Changed racing forever"? It's AI Youtube bullshit sensationalism, lies, damn lies.
