  If your air filter is clogged on a naturally aspirated engine, it will run rich, not lean.

  #1 Don't ever ride angry. #2 Understand motorcycle tires compounds.  #3:Be careful of using laced boots, the laces can get caught in something then when it comes time to put your leg down you can't down you go. Senior rider 50 years riding experience. Know your tires. Sportsbike tires are different that cruiser tires. Know your tread design and temperature range.

  You do not check chain slack with someone sitting on the bike. Some manufacturers want the bike on it's side stand to check. Some want it on a center stand. Some want it on rear paddock stand. No bike maker wants you sitting on the bike ever. Kawasaki Ninja 500 is side stand with 20 to 30mm of slack. Bike makers KNOW what's going to happen to the slack when the rider gets on or even a rider and passenger. Do what your manual tells you regarding chain slack. They're the experts, not the owner.

  I&apos;m 63. I&apos;ve been riding since11 or 12. At 17 I got my first Street bike. I&apos;m still riding and love the thrill!<br>This video has some very good maintenance techniques.

  Bikers that are in the know you always let your motor warm up in the winter months you never let your engine rev over 2000 RPMs with the choke on or the in Richter on fuel injection

  I&apos;m a new rider and I didn&apos;t even know there was oil in my front shocks. This explains why oil was leaking up front, apparently from ratcheting down the forks when I trailered it home.
