  My husband for 13 years only got 10% Service Connection for: Tinnitus to Left Ear only (He is an Army Veteran who entered Military Service when he was 17 years old and who got honorable discharged in 1987). His M.O.S was as a Missle Airmen Defense using a Howitzer and Heat Seeker Missle StingRay- On shoulder). He has been Denied several times over the 13 years for Service Connection in regards to: Hearing Loss to Left Ear, Peripheal Neuropathy related to Flat feet/Back/Legs/Arms, COPD/Sleep Apnea, & Depression related to Tinnitus and Chronic Pain. He is over 65 years old currently and uses both a Rolling Walker & Motorized Wheechair Scooter, Hearing aides- Bilaterally, Left Leg Brace, and Bi-Pap Machine...

  I am 65 I have been at 10% for about 16 years. Just filed again in May 2026. Got shot down again for my knees, back, sciatica, vertigo. All denied. 2 months tops. I still can understand why veterans don’t want the headache

  Love your videos.  I was one who waited 30+ years in pain before filing even once.  I'm currently at 70% and have only been receiving for almost a year.  I'm now filing for my back, hypertension, migraines and hearing loss.  I joined in 1975 and due to pain had to leave the service in 1992 without a pension.  However, in 1995 they sent me letter making me an honorary retiree.  Last week I filed for the VA Pension since I've seen your video on this subject.  Took me an hour to complete the form, but it's simple and straight to the point.  I should have it by Oct 2026.  Thank You so much.   You should know that you are helping us older veterans, because we spend everyday in pain and never see the details of what's available to help us.  I'll be 69 in Oct 2026.:face-red-heart-shape:

  For 20 years I had 20%, got someone to help me and now at 68 I have 100%, it can be done.

  Age 73 sat at 70% for 26 years just jumped to 90% but to say my current condition has worsened is an understatement. Injured in war games. Numerous back surgeries. Wrapped my spine in surgical steel and fusions. Broke same hardware. Facing surgery to repair and replace damaged hardware in October 12, 2026. Denied. PTSD 70% rated 26yrs, no anxiety or depression for the PTSD anxiety and depression is PTSD. Confined to a wheelchair since 1999.. hearing loss with tinnitus not rated. Hearing aid since 2000 I believe. And a few more disabilities. Currently confined to bed until the surgery. Thank you.

  I have the DAV and my VSO, 80 years old, lost my right leg AK amputation in 84 due to cancer. Been try42 years for a disability, had knee replacement surgery and filed for AO exposure in 2021, was awarded a 100% disability and I was in rehab at the time then I got notified that they took it away from me because to quote them they had no proof that my leg had been amputated! Fast forward to the day I have finally received 60% for agent orange exposure, they have been holding out 30% for unemployability😂, received paperwork the other day they were allowing me 10% for one year and both of them are screwed up and I need hearing aids 10% for blood clots in my leg and 10% for pre-diabetes. That adds up to 90%., But they still have me rated at 80% because they’re still waiting to prove that the unemployability thing which I think is so stupid. I have one examiner tell me that they would not hire me if they were running at $.10 Kool-Aid stand. So I’m at 80% and have a teleconference coming up Tuesday, and dig this, is with a psychologist and this is for I guess by unemployability😳 I don’t understand this at all. I think someone is screwing around with me.

  I got rated 3 years ago because of the PACT act. I ordered my military medical history in 2022. I was looking through them when i noticed i had a heart test done. It show bradycardia. I was 25. This was in 1988. When i was 42 had a heart attack. In april of 2017 had open heart surgery. Talked to a VA rep showed her my records. It took a year but i was rated at 30% and 10%  because of my hearing. I separated the Air Force in 1990.  Never thought the VA would help.

  Spot on. Older Female stationed at EL Toro. Agent Orange along with massive toxic chemicals. Cancer and brain tumors. Killed my body.
