Thanks for bringing up the facts about the Camp Lejeune Contaminated Water(CLCW) because this U.S.Marine Corps Veteran was stationed there in May 1976 and left there in late November 1977 with a service-connected disability from a 106 Anti-tank Weapon accident on Camp Lejeune.<br>This Veteran applied for a service-connection for Anemia at the Veterans Benefits Administration Regional Office on June 5,2026. The VA issued a Rating Decision [Janesville, Wisconsin] on 06/30/2026 denying this Camp Lejeune Veteran the service-connection for Anemia.<br>Reasons for Decision:<br>While the evidence shows a current diagnosis of thrombocytopenia, without treatment in your 1976-1976 Marine Corps service, we find no link between your currently diagnosed medical condition.<br>Therefore, service connection on a direct basis cannot be established.<br>On August 10, 2022, Public Law 117-168 (Pact Act) was enacted, creating 38 U.S.C. 1168 to establish specific requirements related to U.S.Veterans who participated in a Toxic Exposure Risk Activity.<br>On the VA Rating Decision on 04/06/2026, this U.S.Marine Corps Veteran received a service-connection for URGE INCONTINENCE associated with TERA participation is granted with an evaluation of 60 %.<br>I believe two different VA Raters did the background investigation of my background being stationed in 1976-1977 at Camp Lejeune, N.C.<br>Share this message with Secretary of the VA Collins, so he can understand some VA employees are processing Veterans paperwork without a service-connection of 0% or more on each claim.
