I think Dr Mike underestimates how hard these workouts are for women who don’t exercise. It is a solid first step.

Her videos began my fitness journey. For anyone who hasn’t worked out in a while, it’s amazing.

Even as a guy, when i first started working out (in lockdown), her videos introduced me to what working out should feel like - painful and exhausting. Whilst they might not promote hypertrophy maximally, they're good for people kicking off their fitness journey!

There are so many fans of Chloe in the comment section and all of them are very respectful and thoughtful about sharing their own experiences. I love it, congratulations kind people.

When i started getting into fitness Chloe Ting's videos were great. While you're saying that you wouldn't feel any burn, for someone starting out, you definitely do, i couldn't finish her routines i was so exhausted. I definitely don't think they're for gym junkies, but they're amazing for starting out, and getting you into a routine. They're also good to get you moving when you don't have time for the gym. The fact she provides everything for free, is also amazing.

i was a young girl, I used to do her shred workouts religiously and they definitely weren't easy, after 2 minutes it's exhausting and you get sore after if you're not used to it, but in the end they were definitely mostly cardio. People saying all her views are sexual related, maybe, but i guarantee a lot of young girls were doing her workouts wanting the "thigh gap" look. A lot of young girls struggle with body image and saying "abs in two weeks" is like crack to them.

I used to do her workouts in the beginning and they really helped! Progressively I've move on to harder workouts with different influencers, and it really helped my health. People have to realize that working out or lifting isn't just a skill to develop and become the best at, but instead it's a universal need.

Some of us have different passions or more work, or different priorities, and workouts like these make working out accessible and simple —no need to pay for a trainer or gym fees, or anything.

Videos like hers have helped me a lot with my asthma and my anxiety, and also helped me lose weight! ❤

Recently had a 100 lb dumbbell fall right through my roof and land in my living room. Motivated me to start getting in shape, plus provided me with some free equipment, thank you Dr Mike.

You'd have to go back to the 80's to find a camera bigger than Dr Mike's head
