Olive oil for biryani? More mango chutney in the dish? Then red wine vinegar to cut the chutney? Over cooked rice? Gravy? Biryani sauce should be light. Rice should be light. Gravy is for chicken fried steak! Please someone warn Uncle Roger if he reviews this one, don't even bother to put foot up! Sit with feet firmly on floor!

I’m no chef, but my family runs a biryani joint and let me tell you, if we ever dared to use MANGO FRIKIN CHUTNEY in our biryani, we’d have an angry mob at our door faster than you can say ‘extra masala.’ Honestly, at this point, Uncle Roger might be the only hope left to save Jamie from himself.

I think Jamie's definition of "spicy" translates to "a jar of chili jam was present somewhere in the room during filming"

At this point I'm becoming convinced Jamie has a stake in that mango chutney product. Because exactly what you said about the vinegar right after lol.
