When I found panko years ago I was ecstatic…..it is by far the very best thing as the top coat of anything fried. I never knew about using oil in my egg coating, I always used a bit of salt whipped in and waited for a few minutes in order to chemically causing the protein in the albumin to soften, I am definitely going to try the oil added. I use avocado, peanut or grape seed oil to pan fry.. thank you for your expertise lovingly shared. I never knew about tonkatsu sauce but I am excited to find/make it. I love the idea of whisper fine cabbage next to fried food, I will definitely try this for any fried food. The ground sesame seed makes so much sense.

BULL...!!!!!! The same method of cooking pork chops is maintained in whole EUOROP...including - Germany - Austria --Switzerland and others.... from 100 years ago...!!!! DONT GO FOR THAT...!!!!!
