  I offer you personally and your program my sincerest condolences re: LDS suit. One of the reasons I follow is bc your are intentionally fair, level, & non inflammatory. BC of the integrity of your presentation I follow. Keep the faith good man.

  Fantastic episode. In the 21st century, in order to believe the Book of Mormon you have to be willfully living in an alternate, carefully curated reality.

  Thank you for reposting this. When I left Mormonism, I wanted to learn all of the science that I didn't explore because I thought that Mormonism had the answers. This is a great resource.

  Never Mo here. I took a Maya History and Archeology class in college, and Dr. Coe&apos;s amazing book &quot;Breaking the Maya Code&quot; was one of the readings. How fun to hear him interviewed. He was as clear a thinker and speaker in real time as he was a writer. And i was so impressed at his kindness in addressing these issues. I sometimes laughed in disbelief at the claims he was asked to discuss (please forgive me - it&apos;s just so... obviously made up when there&apos;s no social pressure to make it make sense). I also appreciate his firm defense of Native Americans as fully capable, sophisticated, clever people and calling out the racism that runs throughout the history and archeology of the Americas. I&apos;d add to his list of things that the Maya accomplished: mathematics and astronomy. They were extraordinarily skilled at both. <br>Thanks for re-sharing this old interview!

  I was in grad school when I listened to Dr Michael Coe’s 2011 episodes. &nbsp;It was his episodes that forced me to engage with the actual science surrounding the BoM for the first time, rather than just waiving it away. &nbsp;Thank you Dr Coe, you are missed.

  After Thomas Stuart Ferguson&apos;s story &amp; Michael Coe&apos;s journal article in Dialogue (&amp; Juanita Brooks &amp; Fawn Brodie) there was no going back. &amp; that was all in the 1980s! Coe would be proud of John Lundwall, PhD &amp; his incredible contributions!

  Was an R Mo here…until the age of 13-14 when I began suspecting the authenticity of it all. &nbsp;Your timing for re-releasing these episodes is perfect. I know the current situation is rough for you and perhaps keeping you up at night, know that you are supported and respected by thousands of people who you’ve helped tremendously through their faith crisis. &nbsp;Stay strong and hold the course, you’re doing good work. ✌🏼❤️
