  The influence Leroy &amp; Lewis has had on the BBQ scene the last 5 years or so is undeniable. It&apos;s rare to watch these videos and not see a newer restaurant doing multiple items made popular by L&amp;L.

  What I believe wasn&apos;t showcased enough are the sides they bring. Coming from an asian background, their flavors and balance of these sides are so unique in their flavor. Thai Hashed Rice is one of my favorites, although biased in my position. It really is something special when you can taste the bbq and its story. One of the best.
