I shot this video during an incredibly trying time, so Dayne’s kindness while I was there was really a light for me. <br><br>And of course, congrats to Dayne and team for getting on the Top 10 of this last TM Top 50 List.   Mad props to Dayne for taking a chance on Alex. Bet Alex had been passed up by many other employers over the years because of that stutter. But Dayne looked past that and judged him on his capabilities. And I bet Alex is rewarding him back 10 times over these days.

  Dayne is such a good humble dude. &nbsp;A few years back my wife and I traveled into Dallas from Philly and checked out a few bbq joints. I also took a brisket class at Goldee&apos;s while I was there. &nbsp;I had some very good bbq while I was there, but the place that stood out the most was Dayne&apos;s. &nbsp;The food was incredible and was my favorite from the trip. &nbsp;I signed up for a brisket class with Dayne and unfortunately it was cancelled during Covid. &nbsp;Dayne, knowing that I was traveling in from Philly, took the time to talk to me on the phone for over two hours and shared many of his processes. &nbsp;I was very fortunate to have this opportunity. &nbsp;He and his family deserve the most success! &nbsp;We will definitely be back for the bbq! &nbsp;Great documentary.

  Out of all your BBQ stories Dayne’s connected to me the most… and then he dropped the lumpia on the menu… half Filipino kids! Now we’re basically family! Great documentary Ant as usual!!!

  Dayne&apos;s was my 2nd favorite in all of Texas. And their line and people on it was our nr1. You can feel the family/small town environment. We had like 5 people come to us out of nowhere and tell us what we should order. The Burger really is out of this world and their brisket was only matched by Franklin&apos;s himself. <br><br>Ant, I hope you live forever.
