  My wife surprised me with a private &quot;tour&quot; and visit to Snow&apos;s for my 50th birthday. Unbelievable place and story. Ms. Tootsie and Kerry could not have been more welcoming and friendly. <br>The place, pits and story all awesome. Food was amazing as expected. My biggest regret was I was so surprised and excited I did &nbsp;not get any pictures of my birthday visit. <br>Loved the Netflix story of Tootsie too. We need more of this type of attitude in our country.<br>Hearing Miss Tootsie say she won&apos;t live forever made me tear up.<br><br>Magic place.

  What admiration Clay has for the BBQ community! He spends all that time cooking at Snow’s but then showcases the beef ribs at another restaurant. What a life you get to enjoy Ant! Thanks for telling their story!

  got there at 8pm, ghost town nothing just tumbleweed through the empty street. &nbsp;thought maybe I was in the wrong town or the wrong day or something. &nbsp;parked right across the street and went to sleep in my car thinking no rush to be first in line. &nbsp;woke to the sound of a crowd at 4am looked out my car and kicked myself to the back of the line around the block ;). the only of the top 10 bbq in Texas I ended up not first in line at.

  I went to Snow&apos;s, Muellers, and all the Lockhart joints in one summer trip. Wonderfull memories especially of Snow&apos;s because we got hit by a tremendous thunder and lighting storm. The wind was blowing, lightening was striking, children were screaming and crying, but everybody stayed in line for their BBQ!!!

  Went to snows for the first time couple years ago. Got a winning ticket my sons # got called won some seasonings and sauce. My 10 year old son was wondering around the pit area he waved me down to come over, once I made it to him I seen him mopping the pork ribs with a huge ear to ear smile, Clay was teaching him. That was worth every mile I drove up to snows. After that we eat the best bbq that we personally have ever had. I agree with the pork chops man those were delicious that chicken too soft tender the pork ribs also so tender everything was amazing. Got some pics with Kerry, Tootsie and Clay. Best bbq experience for us thanks to all the SNOWS team for an awesome experience. Will and planning to go visit soon!

  I grew up about an hour from Lexington and when I was in high school my dad would ride out to Snow&apos;s on his motorcycle once a month or so and bring us brisket for breakfast. It&apos;s been like 15 years and it&apos;s still the best brisket I&apos;ve ever had

  Seasoning is only salt and pepper but the addition of the wood smoke infuses something special.<br>I think the best part of this video is the folks already sitting outside on the lawn chairs at 3am
