I had these same tacos in Mexico City the last time I was there....a place on the street across from my hotel called the Two Swans.....OMG they were awesome!

Tacos de suadero are so underrated. They are so damn good. Once people figure out that they're delcious, they'll start trying them. Kind of like with birria, once people figured out they were delcious, it was a huge seller.
