There's a Second VA Check for Wartime Veterans — and It Has Nothing to Do With Your Rating

A lot of wartime veterans are owed a second, tax-free VA check every month — the Veterans Pension — and it has nothing to do with your disability rating. You can be at 0%, or never rated at all, and still qualify. The application is FREE (VA Form 21P-527EZ) — never pay a "pension poacher" a fee to file it.

📘 The Veteran's Benefits Playbook (50 pages, $19.99): https://seniorfinance.gumroad.com/l/va-benefits-playbook — every move in one place: TDIU, SMC, the offset (CRDP/CRSC), secondary claims, appeals & the PACT Act, in plain English.

Share this with a veteran who's sure the VA doesn't owe them anything because they were never rated — they might be sitting on a monthly check they've never heard of.

It's a waste of time you're not getting $2000 or $3000 they subtract your social security from your pension. My only income is $1308 a month my check will be $72 which in this economy is useless. I had hope the check started out with $1400 ended with $72. Thank you Mr. Congressman. See they can go around telling people that they are helping Veterans but in truth they aren't doing shit.:face-orange-frowning:

Too many wartime veterans miss out on benefits because they don't know they're eligible or aren't sure how to get started. Trusted third-party consulting companies can help explain the process, answer questions, and help veterans understand what benefits they may qualify for. They don't make VA decisions, but they can make the process a whole lot easier to understand. At the end of the day, every veteran deserves to know about the benefits they've earned and have the support to pursue them.
