  I love how for Amos this wasnt about killing Strickland but about saving Prax

  There are moments in the episodes running up to this where we see Prax becoming colder and more aggressive - more like Amos. And you can see Amos notice it happening. This is where Amos decides to step in and stop Prax from going down that same path, because he knows you can&apos;t come back from it.

  The line where he calls him his best friend actually hits Amos really hard, and it sticks with him until the end of the show.

  It&apos;s funny how everybody knew what was going to happen, most even quoted the line before it happened, but it didn&apos;t ruin the moment for one second

  Time and again Amos shows he is self-aware that his sense of right and wrong is very different from the rest of society, so he finds people who are trying to do the right things and follow their lead. Anyone who tries to harm those Amos picks is toast.

  i love that Wes played the shot with no emotion, no glory or glee, no righteousness, it was just a thing that had to happen, a task to be done, like fixing an engine... takes aim, had a clean kill shot, takes it. done. on to the next thing.
