I think the Ezone 98 wont be for a very specific playstyle the best, but I think it can suit a few playstyles as an alternative. Like touch style doubles players, agressive baseliners and all-court players if you need a bit more power in your game.

I've played with the IG Prestige MP since 2010. 95 square inch, 18x20, box beam, 62 flex. I have a one-handed backhand. I also have a pair of YouTek Radical MPs and one RF97 that Wilson sent me for a playtest. My favorite is the IG Prestige MP but I could switch to the RF97 if I needed to. I've played tennis since the 1970s and so have changed my overall style over the decades. I was more precision and serve and volley in the 1900s and then moved to more of a baseline game in the 2000s and then changed grips to play more of a topspin game. And the IG Prestige allows me to play different styles.

I have tried the Yonex Percept when I was at the courts running but didn't have any racquets with me and did not like the feel. It felt like a trampoline compared to my Prestiges. The Prestiges weigh 379-380 grams with swingweight around 388 and I use Hyper-G. My RF97 is also leaded up to these specs. I spent a lot of time trying racquets in the 2000s, and, these days, I'd just rather play with what I have as opposed to looking for new racquets.

Regarding what you said about “tennis purest”. Federer preference is a stiff frame. The pro staff is also a stiff frame.

Currently use a Head Radical MP, switched from an Ezone 98. Not sure what my play style is. I’m on the shorter side, but have a pretty good serve for my height, and enjoy getting free points. I play aggressive from the baseline, and try to keep the points short, and I’m opportunistic at net. I hit the ball pretty flat, but am not afraid to lob strategically. I don’t have a ton of power, I like to hit my spots.

never seen anyone playing with a spin focused racket where i thought they needed to switch rackets. the pure aero/vcore users all seem perfectly happy and i just switched to the defyer 98 and i love it.

Very well-explained video. I'm striving to be a first striker. I own the Babolat 100 16×20 4th Gen.

Im definitely a first striker, but obviously you find yourself also in defensive situations, i actually prefer higher sw in the stretch scenarios then stability. I play with vcore 98L costumised to 297~g

I’m more of a first hitter, currently playing with a Head Gravity. Not sure exactly where it stands on my game style though.
