  Eighth time’s a charm??? Sorry this version of the reaction is so blurred and so short. Copyright has been a nightmare. It may have something to do with the fact that the movie has become available to rent/buy on YT as of only yesterday. I’m hoping this draft can stay up. If not, it’s probably not gonna happen unfortunately :/ I appreciate your support as always, spooky frens 🖤

  Frank was more than a good man. He provided them with a feeling of normalcy, like everything was back to the way it was. Before him they were surviving, but since meeting him, they were finally living a little.

  The pilot of the plane at the end was speaking Finnish. He was saying "Send the helicopter". So they were saved.

  I will forever preach that Jim's rampage in the last 15 or so minutes of this movie is one of THE GREATEST sequences in movie history. It's absolutely flawless

  I like how Jim’s murder of that guy with Selina was similar to how the infected kill people. The only thing that separated him from them was his ability to control his rage, but he still has it within him

  One of the greatest films ever made. Not just in the zombie/infection genre either but one the best. The era it was made absolutely has a factor but… the low budget somehow made it even better. The practical effects and die hard acting skills these people have really made a memorable experience. Haven’t seen anything like it since😢

  It&apos;s not Europe that&apos;s quarantined, it&apos;s Britain. It&apos;s an island. The rage virus didn&apos;t reach mainland Europe before the world quarantined Britain.

  If you notice, the last scene with them being in the mountains. They switched the quality and camera to a film camera giving you a noticeable jump in quality. Some speculate that this is a choice to show that things a getting better for the crew. Almost like they got out of the ugly world they were in and into a better one. But I believe the reason is that they had to do reshoots cause the original ending was too bleak so we got this ending which I think is way better. Also as for the digital &quot;look&quot; it was made to look ugly on purpose but also that was the first few films to use a digital camera on set due to it being being faster to shoot on locations than film, that&apos;s how they were able to get those empty shots of London because they waiting until it was near empty in the morning as well as closing off roads to get those shots. It was cheaper and easier to when they could turn around those shots on digital than film. Hope this helps, glad you enjoyed the film and great video!

  The deserted London scenes were simply filmed very early in the morning, presumably in summer as the sun rises at about 5am in the British summer.
