  The creepiest moment for me was, when Katherine saw the fingernail embedded in the well wall. She knew then, someone else had been down there, and they wanted out so bad that they literally tore off their fingernails trying to climb out.

  Thought I&apos;d share a story Anthony Hopkins told on a chat show. He was in Atlanta and noticed the premiere was showing at a cinema in the city so he went in. Settled in and watched the movie, in front of him were two young women and as the credits were showing he leant in and said (in Hannbals&apos; voice) &quot;Did you enjoy the movie?&quot; So funny, but you can imagine their reaction. He took them both out to dinner as an apology. A truly wonderful performance from both Jodie Foster and Anthony Hopkins. She barely spoke to him during filming because she was so terrified of him. But he only shared years after that he was intimated by her at first, he respected her talent so much. She was already an Oscar winner
