  She didn’t lose to Po. She lost to the belief that she had to earn her place… while he just showed up as himself. That’s why it hurts so much to watch.

  The fact that Tigress has this much backstory and there's a deep lesson to find in her life, even when shes a side character, just shows how well written this movie is.

  I wouldn't mind there being a movie about Tigress learning of her origins and why she had been abandoned at an orphanage.

  Tigress is like Tai Lung. You can clearly see the similarities. <br>The difference is Tigress refused the dark path that Tai Lung walked down. Instead, she accepted her role and determined to be better despite not being someone she originally wanted to become. Furthermore, she continued to support others, even Po, instead of being consumed by anger, hatred, and envy.

  You left out one major detail: the dragon warrior position was never a position entirely about strength; it&apos;s about succeeding Oogway. &nbsp;<br>However, Oogway&apos;s successor isn&apos;t meant to be someone who &apos;punches reel guud~&apos; &nbsp;It&apos;s about being a guiding force, to encourage both peace and serenity in what is to follow.<br>This is why the Dragon&apos;s scroll was never designed to be a tome of power. &nbsp;It is instead meant to be a message, the first message that his successor needed to receive. &nbsp;That you should not seek power externally, everything you need is already a part of you. &nbsp;<br>You just need to find it within yourself.<br>The other members of the Furious Five aren&apos;t trying to follow in Oogway&apos;s footsteps; they are more complacent about playing their roles as one of the five. &nbsp;But more importantly, the greatest issue the Jade Palace suffers is the disconnect in tone between Shi Fu and Oogway. &nbsp;<br>One teaches the art of balance, while the other teaches the art of war.<br><br>Only after Oogways passing does Shi fu realize his error.

  But I think it’s easier for Po to be himself, when his real self is a clumsy, funny panda. These are characteristics that most people like or at least tolerate. For tigress being herself is literally being so strong that she becomes dangerous for her surroundings so everyone wants to avoid her, not because they are malicious but because they are afraid

  Tigress deserved the dragon warrior title after Po became a master. Not the damn Akwafina Fox. She’s genuinely a strong, smart, compassionate character who had the best development besides Po and Shifu. Tigress is a damn queen.

  Morale of the story: The effects of not having a solid parent(s) or guardian(s) one can feel comfortable in their skin with, as a child is very much overlooked in society. Stereotyping and judging is easier😊

  &quot;You stopped being you&quot;<br>At this point, I&apos;m so deep into the impostor syndrome and self-hate, that I don&apos;t even know what &quot;being me&quot; actually feels like. Is it any different than I usually feel? Did I ever feel it in the first place? I&apos;m not a shell of my former self, I&apos;m just a shell. Empty, questioning everything I ever were and am.
