  Despite the body count, you actually really understand Jake. He&apos;s not pure evil, he&apos;s a predator, nature told him to be a killer one way or another. But with guns, prey stands a chance. He&apos;s decided the best way to survive is to be his own threat. He&apos;s lawful evil. A code he honors but ultimately out for himself.

  Rattlesnake Jake is very similar to Death from Puss in Boots because both of them are the literal embodiment of death disguised as a wolf or a snake. They are both villains who didn&apos;t like the hero for lying or cheating on them and start scaring them. In the end, they both respect the heroes because they learned how to mature and face their fears. Both of them are even terrifying to look at because they are both scary predators feeding on the prey they&apos;re chasing after. It&apos;s what makes Rattlesnake Jake so relatable to Death.

  Forgot to mention the scene where Beans tells Jake to go to hell and Jake asks her where she thinks he comes from. Then follows up with telling her to look into his eyes and he wants to see her die.<br>Rattlesnake Jake is the embodiment of aura farming and i love it!!!

  -It only takes one bullet.<br>-You aight got the nerve.<br>-Try me.<br><br>Is for me one of if not the best scene of the movie, just like in the movie, Rango eyes focus on Jake, just like chameleons do when they focus on their prey, Range was ready to shoot him, and Jake eyes just shrinking as he realise Rango is a killer, takes one to know one<br><br>-One bullet... I tip my hat to you, one legend to another.<br><br>One thing that&apos;s also not pointed out a lot is how rare it must be for Jake to say this

  Rattlesnake Jake has always lived rent free in my head. He’s cold, ruthless, brutal, intimidating, hellbent, but most importantly honorable. He’s clearly a big antagonist that even went too far for the main villain, but still showed Respect to Rango and let him be afterwards. But of course not leaving without getting payback on the crooked mayor 😏. Jake is a strong force of nature who lives strictly by a code. I’d love to see a movie about him.
