I watch your videos a lot, but I especially like this one I specialize in invasive tree, removal, brush, removal, honeysuckle, etc. in Kentucky and I can’t tell you how many haters I get on my Facebook on my Instagram talking about how I’m destroying the habitat with these people don’t realize is the invasive are choking out all the food for the habitat I go in and it’s a very most. It does provide a little bit of a hiding space, but there is no food for the animals on my farm. They’re all in the pasture land because there’s no food in the woods because of all the invasive I’m trying to remove..

I'm in the UK, don't own any land with trees and never will, yet I am fascinated by how this 'punk' manages and conserves his property. The knowledge and common sense is clear to see and explained in an excellent way. I wish the politicians, NGOs and "green" activists would sit and watch all these videos before doing anything. Just maybe they could learn and not repeat the mistakes of the past.

As an owner of a forested property with WAY too many trees, thanks for the reminder that I need to get busy with the chainsaw!

A great read is 1491. The indigenous Americans burned the forest every year to get the same effect. Our country was like a park and the buffalo roamed all the way up in the state of New York.

My 20 acres has helped keep me in shape for many years now trying to keep the forest healthy. It’s a big job!

While it’s a lot of work and could be quite costly, maintaining/thinning our property (I recently purchased 20 acres that has never been touched) has been an obsession of mine. I’m so glad you mentioned the fire aspect….my area, Napa/Sonoma, historically wasn’t maintained and yes wildfires were the result. All preventable

Love the show
