  I worked at a laboratory for over 20 years and we were the EPA&apos;s standard lab in other words all other labs that wanted to be approved to run an EPA method would send us results to samples that we sent them and if they did the testing properly we would certify them in that particular testing method our specialty was C1 to C44 testing and you know that C3 to C10 is the gasoline range where C8 to C44 is diesel fuel. I drove a company truck and burned up a catalytic converter and I had filled up at the exact same station every week for years because it was next to my lab. This was back when they were changing from leaded to unleaded fuel and at this particular station I won&apos;t name the brand but their unleaded fuel often had more Lead in it than their leaded fuel Don&apos;t know how they pulled that one off. <br> When I contacted that national brand and sent them the results of my testing they knew of my laboratory since we had done a bunch of testing for them in the past they gladly paid for my new catalytic converter on my labs truck and stated that they would look into it. <br> It was great working at the lab because I had all of the testing equipment at my disposal 24 hours a day. <br>We were a forensic geochemistry lab.<br> The owner of my laboratory is the one that started the whole biomarker program where you could pull up some contaminant hydrocarbon that you found on your property and we could tell you When it was manufactured by who all the way to the point of what oil field the source oil came out of.<br> People think gasoline is just gasoline but every manufacturer has its own formula and their own package of additives that they use And over time those would change and we kept track of all of those in a giant database that was what enabled us to tell you where the contaminants on your property came from and who was responsible for them it might not be the gas station across the street it might be the one a mile down the road or a shop that closed years ago and something they&apos;d buried and the contaminants were released and made it into the aquifer and traveled the distance to get to your property and contaminate it.<br> When my boss retired the lab got sold to another company in another part of the state and I didn&apos;t choose to go to work for them.

  My name is Jerome Dickinson I live in Mobile Alabama I have a 2018 Toyota Tundra we have the 5.7 I never get the miles on it because it only sits up I drive my other truck a lot so do I need to change my oil my truck might get 2000 miles on it a year regular
