  Yes, Sam, I will eat sardines out of a can! I will eat them with a ballerina, I will them with Valentina, I will eat them on a biscuit, I will eat them on a Triscuit. I love sardines out of a can, I love them, Sam I am!

  Two slices of buttered white bread, a half a can of sardines in oil, a little sliced onion and a couple of leaves of lettuce from the garden. This was the sandwich my grandfather would make for me as a lunch treat. Every time I make it I think of him🙂

  I&apos;ve always kept tins of sardines and tuna pouches in my office. &nbsp; Sometimes they come through in the clutch when you&apos;re bored at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giGIC7WHbRQ&amp;t=150">2:30</a>p.

  The wife and I just had our first can of sardines in the process of planning food for a backpacking trip. Was bored &nbsp;afterward and decided to watch your vid. 10/10 agree and would watch again. Would also eat the sardines again. They’re surprisingly good.

  I have to thank you, Sean! So I&apos;ve had a few cans of sardines at my place for months now. I bought them to add to my diet but have been chickening out cause it&apos;s freaking sardines! Well I watched your vid yesterday and it made motivated to try it and I&apos;ll be damn I actually like them oily, yucky thingamajigs!! Dare I say I like them just as much as canned tuna fish and they have lot less Mercury in them than Tuna. Damn you, Mr. Ely. You&apos;ve made me a sardines fan!

  Sardines are definitely a mental game. People get so psyched out. but they&apos;re not bad, they&apos;re healthy, and honestly they&apos;re fairly tasty. Just get some crackers, a sardine, and have at it. I hadn&apos;t eaten sardine since I was like 5 (i&apos;m 46 now) but getting back into eating canned sardines and such has been a new revelation
