Portuguese sardines are without a doubt the best canned sardines in the world! If you have never tried them, you are missing out on how good sardines can be. This video was great, thank you!

First job I had in 1993 straight out of college with an engineering degree in the sardine factory. Last one in Maine. you are correct, Oil that gets absorbed on your body and your clothes is incredible. I always undressed in the cellar and threw my clothes in the washer every day. I learned so much in 18 months from those ladies, that could cut fish like that. Much respect for them

My daughter just brought back a can of swordfish and a can of smoked octopus from Portugal, they were absolutely amazing!
