When I was living in halfway these guys were my best friend. Not only were they affordable and nutrient dense, it was the only food I knew none of the other guys would steal.

OK, I'm an old man and I'm crabby and suspicious of a lot of stuff, like subscribing to some YouTube channel for the first time. As I've been eating deens for fifty some years now, I feel I know my way around a tin of them. I've watched everything this guy Carlsson has posted here, and I find him to be the real deal when it comes to deens. The future of the deen legacy is safe in this guys hands, I feel I can stand down now and devote more time to embracing the bitterness of being old. Heh, heh, heh...
