  Related joke to hopefully brighten your day.<br><br>During the Battle of Britain, the BBC sends a radio van down to the south coast to follow the raids. A big one comes in and the Allied fighters rise to meet it. A Hurricane gets shot down, and the pilot bails out. He lands nearby. The reporter runs over. It turns out he’s Scottish.<br><br>“I say, sir, how was it?”<br>“Och, there were Fokkers to the left, Fokkers to the right, Fokkers all around.   I flew the F100 for years. We operated a clean aeroplane policy. No contamination anywhere on the aeroplane, ever! If in doubt de-ice. There was even a requirement to do a tactile inspection, to physically touch the top of the wing with one’s hand to ensure no ice because it was so critical.
